How does it work?
You upload tenant application documents as a single PDF. Our machine learning models then read, extract, and analyze the key information. We process the data, and then return a report for you to review.
Is my data safe?
Yes. We take your privacy seriously. Applica does not store your uploaded files or the extracted data. All processing is transient, and the data is permanently deleted once your report is delivered. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.
How is Applica Insights different from other screening tools?
Most screening tools only provide raw data. Applica Insights goes a step further by using machine learning to analyze the data and generate a clear report, as well as providing tools to draft follow-up questions or rejection emails.
How is pricing handled?
Applica Insights uses a token-based system. Each successful household analysis costs exactly one token. This allows you to pay only for what you use. Tokens are non-refundable and non-transferable.

What happens if the analysis fails?
Sometimes the analysis will fail even if you have all the data correct. This can happen for a variety of reasons, including issues with the document format or unexpected content. If this occurs, we recommend reviewing the document for any potential issues and re-uploading it. Applica only charges a token for a successful analysis.
What are the system requirements?
As a web application, Applica Insights works on any device with a modern web browser. There's nothing to download or install, so you can access it on your desktop, laptop, tablet, or phone.
